Lee Hyori made a surprise appearance on the YouTube channel of a YouTuber suffering from a rare disease.

Recently, the YouTuber dailyYeonie uploaded a video titled 'Deep Talk with Lee Hyori, Met by Chance' on their YouTube channel.

The YouTuber, who suffers from Epidermolysis Bullosa, a rare skin condition, was traveling to Jeju Island. They ended up sitting next to Lee Hyori in the business class section of the airplane. The YouTuber shared, "I boarded the plane and found out that Lee Hyori was sitting next to me. After takeoff, she initiated a conversation with me. During our talk, I mentioned my YouTube activities, and she suggested we film our conversation. That's how this video was made, and she also gave permission to upload it."

The conversation between Lee Hyori and the YouTuber was then revealed. Lee Hyori actively participated in setting up the camera angle and comfortably engaged in the conversation.

Lee Hyori shared her thoughts, saying, "I also get nervous when I feel someone recognizes me. Whether it's this way or that, it's equally uncomfortable. Ordinary people want to be special, and special people want to be ordinary. Don’t you feel like growing your hair out right after getting a haircut?" She continued the conversation in a relaxed yet earnest manner. Throughout the conversation, Lee Hyori showed genuine interest in the YouTuber's activities in Jeju Island and how they were managing their condition at the hospital, looking at the YouTuber with warm and caring eyes.

She also inquired, "Do you watch a lot of YouTube? I should watch it too," and playfully commented on the YouTuber's bag and shoes, saying they looked good. As the landing time approached, Lee Hyori warmly encouraged the YouTuber, saying, "Have a fun trip and keep fighting even when you’re in the hospital."

The YouTuber expressed their gratitude towards Lee Hyori in the video description, saying, "An unbelievable event happened to me. I still can't believe I had a conversation with Lee Hyori. She looked at me with such genuine eyes and focused intently on our conversation...
