Jung Dong Won's agency, Showplay Entertainment, has issued a firm response to the troubling actions of sasaeng fans. On November 27, the agency addressed the issue on the 16-year-old singer's fan cafe, expressing deep concern over privacy violations that have recently taken place. These breaches include instances of individuals loitering around the artist's practice room or residence and making unwelcome attempts to approach the artist while waiting.

In their statement, Showplay Entertainment stated, "We have previously issued warnings regarding sasaeng activities and privacy infringements. However, given the continued disregard for these warnings, we have no choice but to take more decisive action." They further emphasized their intent to place persistent offenders on a blacklist without prior notice and to pursue strong legal measures against them.

The agency concluded their statement by asserting, "We want to make it unequivocally clear that we will not tolerate any actions that violate the privacy of our artists."
