His real estate portfolio includes the Galleria Foret in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, which he purchased for 3.03 billion Won in 2013, and the prestigious Nine One Hannam Penthouse, bought for 16.4 billion Won in 2021. The combined market value of these three properties alone is estimated to be around 56 billion Won (approximately $47.6 million USD), showcasing G-Dragon's substantial investments in high-end real estate.
