Jang Sung Kyu gifted a luxury car to his wife on her birthday.
On October 21 KST, the former JTBC announcer turned television personality posted a picture on his personal Instagram account with the caption "Yumi's birthday gift." In the photo, a green MINI Cooper is seen parked in a lot with the license plate blurred out.
"While shooting a recent episode of [variety show] 'Workman,' I considered buying a new car, then I decided on a used one without hesitation," he continued to explain. "However, instead, I chose a special edition - the MINI 60th Anniversary Edition in green that our son, Yujun, wanted, and there are only 60 of these in Korea!"
"Yumi, I'm thankful for your birth, and congratulations on marrying a good husband," he playfully ended the message.
Meanwhile, Jang Sung Kyu and his wife, Lee Yu Mi, got married in 2014 and have two sons.
