Actor Park Seo Joon opened up about his cautious position when it came to revealing details of his private life. 

On August 1 KST, Park Seo Joon took part in a roundtable interview with the press in light of the scheduled premiere of his film 'Concrete Utopia', in theaters on August 9.

Previously in June, Park Seo Joon became wrapped up in dating rumors with YouTuber Xooos. Rather than confirming or denying the dating rumors, Park Seo Joon's side chose not to address them, establishing the position that such matters were his "private life". 

During his roundtable interview, Park Seo Joon was asked to once again address this recent issue. The actor began, "I wasn't always so reserved about my private life, but there is a reason why I've decided to take a more reserved stance." 

He continued, "One day, when I drove my car out from the parking garage at my residence, I noticed that the same car was following me where ever I went, always trailing me from somewhere near my house. Sometimes, the same car would already be at my destination beforehand. This continued for about 2 months."

The actor confessed, "It was bone-chilling and terrifying. That experience was the tipping point of my more reserved position. Even my family takes great caution in their daily lives, worrying that their actions will affect me. In the past, I would share photos of my family, since they were also happy to share the photos with others. However, I am now regretting how open I was back then. When I think about how anyone around me can be affected by my actions and decisions, I don't know where the boundary line should be."

Park Seo Joon then wrapped up by saying, "I've had the same person show up around me again, but in a different car. Even to this day, sometimes I experience similar cases. I think that these experiences leave me no choice but to be cautious."
