'Officer Black Belt' follows the story of Lee Jung Do (played by Kim Woo Bin), a highly skilled martial artist with a 9th-degree black belt in taekwondo, kendo, and judo. He joins forces with probation officer Kim Sun Min (played by Kim Sung Kyun), who possesses a remarkable ability to detect crimes and also has martial arts skills. Together, they monitor individuals who are wearing electronic anklets as part of their probation and work to prevent crimes from occurring. The movie is an action-packed comedy that delves into the adventures and mishaps that occur as they carry out their duties as officers.
