Kim Jong Hyeon, also known as former NU'EST member JR, has recently been cast in a new drama titled 'My Friend's Graduation Ceremony.' The drama, which will be released through an OTT platform, will also feature former Lovelyz member Jeong Ye In.
On July 11 KST, Evermore Entertainment officially announced that Kim Jong Hyeon has been cast in the drama, while Sublime, the agency representing Jeong Ye In, confirmed her role in the same production.
'My Friend's Graduation Ceremony' is a comedy drama that tells the story of a 75-year-old grandfather and a 20-year-old young man who become roommates in a university dormitory. Kim Jong Hyeon will portray the character of Kim Min Goo, a 20-year-old young man who is feeling disillusioned with life as he balances part-time work and studying. Jeong Ye In, on the other hand, will take on the role of Yeo Wool Lee, Min Goo's first love and the campus queen.
'My Friend's Graduation Ceremony' will be released in the second half of 2023.
