Even Giselle's close friend Jeon So Mi is aware of her "Giselle-power" coined by her fans

The sub-culture of K-pop fandoms is constantly coining new expressions and nicknames for their beloved idols.

Many of these nicknames house each idol's unique aura, charm, and presence and get recognized by the artists themselves.

Recently, Giselle's fandom has coined the term "Giselle power" to describe her enigmatically effortless charm that emanates from the idol. Interestingly, even her closest friend Jeon So Mi is well aware of this expression and was seen talking to Giselle about it through a video call.

In a short video that is going viral on various social media platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok, Jeon So Mi is seen on a video call with Giselle. Jeon So Mi brings up the topic of "Giselle Power" by saying, "Giselle Power is popping up a lot on Instagram."

In response, Giselle attempts to explain the phrase and shares, "Oh that 'Giselle Power' is..." but is unable to put it into words. That is when Jeon So Mi mimics Giselle bringing laughter to her friend. Giselle adds, "The thing is, it's not on purpose...I don't know why."

When Jeon So Mi asks, "What do you think of 'Giselle Power'?" Giselle answers, "I think my charms of not putting in the effort was well-received so I'm just really thankful for all the love."
