G-Dragon has added a super luxury apartment to his real estate properties.

According to reports on June 13 KST, G-Dragon purchased an apartment in the ONE-R Cheongdam building, which recorded the highest sale price in Korea last year. ONE-R Cheongdam is an upcoming super luxury apartment building being constructed on the site of the former SM Entertainment studio in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul scheduled to be completed in 2025.

The building will offer apartments for 16 households from the 4th basement floor to the 20th floor with only 1 household on each floor. It's reported each floor also includes an elevator dedicated to supercars, allowing 2 cars to be parked in each apartment. Last year, the top floor 'Super Penthouse' was sold for 35 billion won ($27,463,275 USD), making headlines as the highest sale price in Korea. 

G-Dragon is said to have bought his apartment for 15 billion won ($11,771,077.50 USD) to 18 billion won ($14,125,293 USD). This latest property is an addition to his apartments at the Seongsu-dong Galleria Foret, which was purchased for 3.03 billion won ($2,377,085.90 USD), and Nine One Hannam Penthouse, which was purchased for 16.4 billion won ($12,866,075.52 USD).

G-Dragon's older sister, designer Kwon Da Mi, who married actor Kim Min Joon in 2019, is reported to have bought an apartment in the same structure for about 15 billion won ($11,771,077.50 USD).

In other news, YG Entertainment confirmed G-Dragon's exclusive contract has come to an end, and they're currently negotiating their options.
