Wonder Girls' Yubin is in a relationship with professional tennis player Kwon Soon Woo, who is nine years her junior.

On May 22 KST, Yubin's agency rrr Entertainment confirmed the relationship through an official statement, announcing that "the two are meeting with good feelings," but avoiding further details out of respect for their private lives.

According to media reports, the relationship between the two was already a public fact in the sports world, as Yubin attended the 2023 Davis Cup Finals back in February. Kwon Soon Woo had been playing in the event and helped Korea advance to the round of 16 for the second year in a row. It is said that Yubin even enjoyed a meal with the athlete following the event.

Meanwhile, Kwon Soon Woo currently ranks first in domestic tennis rankings. He was Tennis Korea's Player of the Year Award (MVP) for three consecutive years from 2019 to 2021, and he became the first Korean player to win the ATP Tour singles twice. His outstanding skills and handsome visuals have earned him many female fans. He has also made a number of variety show appearances, including surprising the public with his singing ability on MBC's 'Mask King' back in 2021.

Yubin is currently running the agency rrr Entertainment, which is home to fellow Wonder Girls' groupmate Lim, Lim's husband and taekwondo athlete Shin Min Chul, and actor Park Si Yeon.
