BLACKPINK fans dangerously climb a tall structure to catch a glimpse of the concert in Singapore

A dangerous incident unfolded during BLACKPINK's world tour concert in Singapore, which was captured on video and reported by Singaporean media outlet Mothership. Despite the scorching heatwave, a staggering crowd of 50,000 people gathered at the Singapore National Stadium for the concert on May 14.

According to media reports, some fans who were unable to secure tickets resorted to climbing the structure of the nearby Kallang Wave shopping mall to catch a glimpse of BLACKPINK's performance from a distance. 

Despite the inherent risks of scaling the structure, these fans were determined to witness the concert. They enjoyed the performance while dancing and waving their pink lightsticks. However, it remains uncertain whether they were able to actually see the group's performance.

The video capturing the incident was filmed by a citizen at the scene and gained widespread attention after being shared on social media. Netizens expressed a range of reactions, including admiration for BLACKPINK's incredible popularity, astonishment at the fans' willingness to undertake such risky actions, and criticism for the lack of intervention to prevent such dangerous behavior.

Following their Singapore tour, BLACKPINK will proceed with their world tour, with upcoming performances in Macau on May 20 and 21.
