Yoo Ah In has been found to have allegedly abused a fifth drug, Zolpidem.
The actor is facing controversy for abusing drugs like propofol, marijuana, cocaine, and ketamine, even injecting propofol 73 times in one year. On April 11, police revealed the actor is now under investigation for reportedly abusing the insomnia drug Zolpidem.
Due to its addictive properties, Zolpidem is only prescribed 10mg to patients per day. Though the actor was not found to have tested positive for Zolpidem this past February, his prescription records allegedly indicate he abused the drug. Police have now raided medical facilities that have prescribed Yoo Ah In the drug.
Yoo Ah In has currently partially admitted to the allegations, saying he abused marijuana. However, he is further claiming propofol and ketamine were used for treatment, and he's denying he ever used cocaine.
