On February 16, NewJeans attended the 'Seoul Public Relations Ambassador Appointment Ceremony' after being selected as the honorary ambassadors of Seoul.

The event was held at the Seoul City Hall and a total of 10 teams, singer Lee Suk Hoon, comedian Kim Yong Myung, actor Noh Joo Hyun, Sean, announcer Oh Sang Jin, and more, were appointed as ambassadors of the city of Seoul.

On this day, NewJeans received the plaque of their anointment and shared, "Seoul is the first place where we were able to meet our Bunnies (official fandom name). It's a real honor to be able to promote Seoul not only to our fans but the citizens of Korea, creating many good memories."

The honorary public relations ambassadors of Seoul will promote the city based on the vision and theme of "the people who love Seoul." Highly influential figures in each industry were newly selected as the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public relations ambassadors for the first time in two years.
