According to media outlet reports on December 23, actor Choi Tae Joon is set to appear in the brand new TVING-original fantasy action series, 'Island'. 

Based off of a popular webtoon series of the same name, 'Island' tells the story of those who are destined to fight against evil and save the world from peril. The highly-followed drama adaptation, starring Kim Nam Gil, Lee Da Hee, ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo, Sung Joon, and more, is finally set to premiere next week on December 30. 

Now, according to reports on this day, actor Choi Tae Joon is also set to appear in the TVING-original series alongside its lead cast. The star is said to have completed all of his scenes for 'Island' before his marriage to actress Park Shin Hye earlier in January of this year. Nonetheless, the production will signal Choi Tae Joon's first returning project after his marriage, raising anticipation.

Meanwhile, the star previously greeted viewers with a brief cameo appearance in tvN's 'Twenty Five, Twenty One' in the summer, showing off his handsome, unchanging visuals.
