A few days ago, the famous Gaon Chart of South Korea was rebranded into the Circle Chart. Its criteria measure the Worldwide K-Pop streaming usage as well, and three solo songs released under BTS have entered the Global K-pop Chart.

The record-breaking song 'Moon' by Jin became one of those three solo songs to debut on the said chart (at #174). Previously, 'Moon' was in the Top 3 of the highest point gainers among BTS solo songs on Gaon chart. It is also the longest-charting solo song from 'Mots7' on Gaon Top100. In 2020, it took the place of the 2nd solo song with the most accumulated points among male groups.

'Moon' is a legendary solo song, loved by millions. Jin's name is written in music history as the author of the 5th best boyband song in the world and the 7th best song released in 2020, according to 'Rolling Stone' magazine.

It has great popularity in South Korea, being the longest-charting BTS solo song on the MelOn Top100. It has more than 2M unique listeners and almost 120M streams on the said platform. Two years later, 'Moon' still brings a smile to the faces of millions of people. It was the most streamed BTS solo song on MelOn in 2021.
