fromis_9 showed their love for Red Velvet on the latest broadcast of MBC FM4U's 'Kim Shin Young's Noon Song of Hope' radio show.
On the June 30 KST broadcast of MBC FM4U's radio program 'Kim Shin Young's Noon Song of Hope', fromis_9's Gyuri, Jiwon, Jisun, Chaeyoung, and Jiheon made a guest appearance. On this day, DJ Kim Shin Young stated, "I saw fromis_9's [Red Velvet] cover performance on 'Music Bank'. You guys did so well." Kim Shin Young was referencing fromis_9's recent performance on KBS's 'Music Bank', where the fromis_9 members had performed a cover of Red Velvet's "Feel My Rhythm". When asked about their preparations for the performance, Jiheon stated, "We only had two days of practice. But because there are the original singers [for the song], we practiced really hard." Jiheon then added, "I'm actually a fan of Red Velvet. I prepared, while thinking to myself that I must do well."
Kim Shin Young then asked Gyuri and Jisun, who had not joined the cover performance, "If you two get to do a new cover performance, which song do you want to do?" To this, Jisun replied, "I think fans want us to do something we didn't try before. I don't mind what it is. I opened my possibility to all things." Gyuri added, "I want to do Red Velvet's song again. I like cute songs, but I also want to challenge myself to do concepts like 'Psycho'." To this, the rest of the fromis_9 members agreed.

Yeah, no one covers SM girl groups like fromis_9; from Feel My Rhythm/ Red Flavor - Red Velvet, Red Light - f(x), and Into the New World - SNSD. If you haven't seen these covers - watch them; they are so good!
I like fromis_9's music but think they'd be huge, if given better songs.
