Actor Woo Do Hwan and Cosmic Girls (WJSN) member Bona have been offered roles in an upcoming webtoon-based drama, 'Joseon Lawyer'.

According to media outlet reports on May 9, Woo Do Hwan is in talks to play the male lead Kang Han Soo, a skilled Joseon-era lawyer. Kang Han Soo defends and completes the law in order to revenge, but eventually becomes the people's spokesperson and hero.

Cosmic Girls' Bona is considering an offer for the role of Lee Yeon Joo, a person who commissions a case in order to exact revenge. If she accepts, the role will also mark her first lead role on the small screen.

'Joseon Lawyer' is a fusion historical drama based on a webtoon of the same name, and is a coming-of-age story about a self-righteous lawyer. The drama includes romance, revenge, and justice hero genres.

Meanwhile, Bona previously played the role of Yu Rim in the tvN drama 'Twenry Five, Twenty One'.
