Park Min Young, Shin Min Ah, Song Hye Kyo, and Lee Jong Suk each donated 100 million KRW (approx. US$82,175) to support victims of a forest fire that went out of control in Gangwon and Gyeongsangbuk-do.
On March 7th, many more celebrities joined to help support victims of the forest fire in Gangwon and Gyeongsangbuk-do. Park Min Young, Shin Min Ah, Song Hye Kyo, and Lee Jong Suk each donated 100 million KRW to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association.
The wild forest fire that swept across Gangwon and Gyeongsangbuk-do left more than 160 families with their houses destroyed. These donations will help build temporary assembly housing for these victims as the damage caused by the forest fire has to be patched up.
