Jay Park reveals why he launched his own soju brand

Jay Park revealed why he launched his own soju brand Won Soju.

On the 192nd episode of MBC's variety show 'The Manager, Jay Park made a guest appearance and shared his daily life. During the episode, Jay Park revealed why he launched his own soju brand. He said, "I released a single titled 'Soju' when I was promoting in the U.S. Many international liquors are well known but no one really knew what soju was." 

Jay Park continued, "Whenever I gifted soju for promotion purposes, they asked if it was my soju. Apparently, a lot of celebrities in the U.S. have their own liquor brand, so I also got advice to make my own. So I created the label, the bottle shape, and more. I am grateful that many people like my soju."  

He added, "I thought it'd be cool to see soju at a bar along with other international liquor brands. It's more fulfilling as many people around me are rooting for its success."
