DONGKIZ's label Dongyo Entertainment announced that they took legal action against the false school bullying rumors regarding Jaechan. 

Following the media reports earlier regarding Jaechan's school bullying rumors, Dongyo Entertainment released their official statement on DONGKIZ's official fan cafe. 

"This is Dongyo Entertainment.

Thank you to fans of DONGKIZ who always support DONGKIZ. We are writing to address our stance regarding the false rumors of Jaechan circulating across various online communities. 

1. The claim made in the said post is not true. 

We have confirmed that the accusations are false after interviewing our artist himself and his acquaintances. We have already verified with the school before his debut as this is a grave issue in our society. 

2. We are currently waiting on the results after taking legal action. 

We have been collecting evidence ever since the post was published. We have sued the initial accuser for spreading false information and defamation on March 4th, 2022. And we are monitoring the other posts regarding the same issue. We announce that the police took the case as of today (March 14th) and they embarked on the investigation. We are monitoring the legal process in real-time. 

We will continue to take strict legal measures against false rumors regarding our artists and please do not hesitate to drop tips if you happen to find any malicious posts regarding our artists. 

We ask for your understanding that there was a delay in the official notice as we had to cooperate with the investigators. 

We are once again firmly confirming the said rumors that are currently spreading are false. We will not tolerate any act of stomping a blooming flower behind anonymity in the future as well.
