Kim Taehyung, aka V, continues his social media domination on Instagram since he opened a public account in December 2021.
According to K-pop Radar, a fandom data-observing platform that keeps track of K-pop acts and their content, Taehyung's official account (@thv) was the most-followed K-pop account for the months of January and February of 2022.
He gained 3,696,421 followers in January 2022 and 2,531,116 followers in February 2022, even surpassing the official BTS group account in growth.
Taehyung's record-breaking achievements on Instagram were once again highlighted by Guinness World Records on March 4, 2022, when they posted BTS's new social media records.
Taehyung remains to be the only BTS member to have 2 Guinness World Records under his name.
