BTS's V enters the official list of 'Top 20 Most-Liked Instagram Posts' of all-time

User @thv has been the talk of the town since stepping into Instagram and breaking a world record in less than an hour, a true testament of Kim Taehyung, aka V's, overwhelming popularity.

He has achieved a new world record just days after being the 1st Asian to surpass 19 million likes on the platform. 

Taehyung is now officially added to Wikipedia's "List of Most-Liked Instagram Posts" globally. He is the 10th celebrity on the list, and he ranks alongside other world superstars like Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylie Jenner, and more. 

Aside from being the only Asian on the list, he is also the youngest account. His public account @thv was created about four months ago, on Dec. 6, 2021, along with his other BTS bandmates. 

Due to Taehyung's highly engaged and passionate followers, his average engagements surpass celebrities with 5-10 times his follower list.

His cute pet dog Yeontan, also known as Tannie, is universally loved, and it's no surprise that V's post of him was the first of his to reach this milestone, though many more are following closely. 

Yeontan is one of the most famous pets in the world and a celebrity in his own right. His birthday is celebrated yearly by fans through various charity events and cute projects.
