In fact, just a few weeks after their individual accounts had been set up, data analytics on engagement rates on the platform revealed that he had the highest engagement rate among all the members even though he was and still is the least active member [read here]. 

The engagement rate portrays the level of interest that an account's followers have in the content of the account based on their interaction with the content, such as by liking or commenting on the posts. Evidently, Jimin's followers are highly interested in his posts and are always waiting for new content. If he was more active, his explosive popularity would multiply infinitely, as evidenced in the past few days.

On March 19, Jimin updated his Instagram account with a photo of him looking breathtakingly handsome as always, showing off his super-model features with his clear, glowing skin; full bouncy shiny hair, and perfect body proportions.

As expected, the post attracted lots of attention from fans, netizens, and even celebrities. 

For instance, Megumi Han, a highly popular Japanese actress, was seen fangirling over Jimin as she expressed her excitement after Jimin's post, and she was not the only one. 

Fans' excitement was also seen from the various keywords that entered Twitter trends due to the overwhelming number of tweets as they talked about the post and how charming, beautiful, and stunning Jimin is.

On the Korean online community platform, the qoo, netizens couldn't keep calm either. A post about Jimin's latest update quickly entered the 'HOT Category' as K-netz swooned over his cuteness and beauty as well as his perfect body, specifically mentioning his tiny waist.

Since he made the post, Jimin has had the biggest growth for a Korean act on the platform for three consecutive days. By the 20th, his account had grown by over 205k followers, by the 21st, an additional 181k followers were registered, and by the 22nd, another 160k followers joined in.

Jimin now has 32 million followers with just 11 posts on his account, which is wildly impressive and a testament to his immeasurable popularity. His individual tag has so far accumulated over 67 million posts, extending his record as the world's most-used individual hashtag on the platform.
