On February 28 KST, the first episode of SBS's new drama 'A Business Proposal' was broadcast. Here, the scene opened with Kang Tae Moo (played by Ahn Hyo Seop), also known as the 'genius face' CEO, returning to South Korea. Without even attending his inauguration ceremony as the new CEO of the company, Kang Tae Moo goes right to work, as the workaholic that he is. Worried about his grandson, Kang Da Koo (played by Lee Duk Hwa) instructs Tae Moo to go on a blind date. The story's female lead, Shin Ha Ri (played by Kim Se Jung), in need of emergency money, ends up meeting Kang Tae Moo as his blind date partner at the request of her friend Jin Young Seo (played by Seol In Ah). Shin Ha Ri and Kang Tae Moo's first encounter gathered interest with the actors' excellent chemistry and comedic acting.
According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode of 'A Business Proposal' achieved a city-wide average viewership rating of 5.4%, and peaked at an impressive 6.8%. Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Se Jung's acting performances increased viewers' immersion into the drama, perfectly capturing the charms of their characters.
Meanwhile, 'Business Proposal' is broadcast every week on Monday and Tuesday at 10PM KST.
