BTS's Jin speaks up about COVID-19 vaccinations: "If we're afraid of the past, we won't be able to make progress"
In the interview with president Moon, BTS's Jin was asked a complicated question on the matter of COVID-19 vaccination. Jin eloquently and mindfully answered it, receiving many positive comments.
seokjin worded this answer so eloquently. he always tackles the most difficult questions with such ease and grace!!
jin is so emotionally intelligent btw like he always goes out of his way to make sure people around him are comfortable, is so considerate and kind to everybody. very understanding even if one's opinions differ from his. just all around tries his best to leave a positive remark
Jin acknowledged that there are many people who are afraid of new things, such as the COVID-19 vaccine. However, "If we're afraid of the past, we won't be able to make progress," - he says.

He also mentioned that every BTS member is vaccinated, which can be a good example and encouragement for millions.

Jin got many compliments for being a very intelligent and eloquent speaker who always handles the most challenging questions with grace.
do u notice that almost all of the difficult questions are always asked to seokjin? it's because he can handle & answer those questions intelligently and straight to the point. remembered he got his way of speaking from his mom ಥ‿ಥ
when seokjin said "we sympathise with them (those who are reluctant in taking the vaccine) because it didn't exist before. but we can't make progress if we are afraid of the past." that was the best answer someone could've said
Just two days ago, Jin went viral by saying, "We are sometimes called the lost COVID-19 generation - but we're not the lost generation, we are the WELCOME generation. So let's join hands together so that we can work towards a better tomorrow together."
