BTS's "Dynamite" music video has reached 1.2 billion views on YouTube.
As of August 6 KST, BTS's "Dynamite" music video has more than 1.2 billion views on YouTube. This marks BTS's third music video to achieve 1.2 billion views, following "DNA" and "Boy With Luv (feat. Halsey)". BTS first released their 'all-english' single "Dynamite" on August 21 of last year. During the difficult times of COVID-19, their cheerful disco-pop song contained BTS's message of hope to the world.
Meanwhile, "Dynamite" ranked #1 on U.S. Billboard's 'Hot 100' chart for a total of three weeks, and remained on the chart for a total of 32 weeks. Further, "Dynamite" surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming company. BTS are currently the only Korean artists to have achieved 1 billion streams on Spotify.
