Girls' Generation spark comeback rumors after opening TikTok account

Girls' Generation have sparked comeback rumors after opening a TikTok account.

On July 6, fans of the SM Entertainment girl group were surprised to see they'd opened an official TikTok account, which has now accumulated almost 12K followers. As Taeyeon just made a comeback with "Weekend", the profile page's icon features her name.

With the creation of this account, Girls' Generation fans are now speculating rumors of a group comeback may not be that far off from reality. The SM Entertainment group's last release was 'Holiday Night' in 2017.
