Jin's "Abyss" is the top K-Ballad on 2021 Mid-Year Genius Chart

"Abyss," a non-commercial release by BTS's Jin, has topped the K-Ballad Mid-Year Chart 2021 by Genius Korea.

Fans congratulated Jin with the hashtag - "Genius Balladeer."

Previously, the song became the most commented Youtube audio in the world with over 700k comments and the 2nd most liked Youtube audio by a Korean artist, proving its popularity.

"Abyss" was released by Jin when he was having a hard time. With an open-hearted letter attached to the song, he encouraged everyone not to be ashamed of seeking mental help.
