SM Entertainment denied allegations a photographer took hidden camera photos of aespa's Winter.
Fans accused a photoshoot staff member of taking a hidden camera photo of Winter during a fashion shoot. After a behind-the-scenes video was posted, one fan alleged a staff member walking behind the girl group had his phone angled towards them in a suspicious manner.
SM Entertainment stated, "We've confirmed the photographer in charge of the shoot, who appeared in the video in question, did not do what he was misunderstood of doing. Winter, of course, enjoyed the photo shoot back then, and there were no incidents that were unpleasant neither were there any situations that could be misunderstood."
What are your thoughts on the allegations?

I think in some way it's very hard for them to verify this case, while the picture show him using the camera app, the angle of the video can't prove it definitively. It's suspicious of him to put his phone in the pocket afterward but still hard to definitively justify the case without conjecture.
