On March 24, BTS appeared on the TV variety show 'You Quiz on the block' where j-hope expressed his heartfelt gratitude for his mother and how she encouraged him and has been his pillar of strength.
Twitter user @lvnhobi translated Hobi's interview where he said, "My mother always showed me her full support. Seeing just how much she believed in me and supported me, I thought I just HAD to succeed because my mother’s happiness is my happiness and my mother’s smile is my smile."
