Rookie girl group TRI.BE got their first magazine cover shoot for Wonderland China. It's impressive that members of the new girl group formed by Shinsadong Tiger and Universal Music were able to take their first magazine photoshoot before the official debut date.
As someone with many years working in print magazines here's some fun info. This shoot would've taken place in mid Jan, editorial deadline for March issue content is normally 22nd-25th Jan or so. That's when editors have to start cutting down material picking what to put in an issue.
Edited photoshoot teaser for video release (this) around now to build hype while the magazine layout is being confirmed+copies printed before publishing "on stands" for about March 1st.
If their debut is 17th Feb it makes sense for a photoshoot to have already taken place for a magazines March issue. Otherwise you'd have a group with hype in Feb and you won't have anything about them until April in your magazine.
