According to Google Metrics, Jungkook has been the most sought-after K-Pop idol since the beginning of 2021 (From January 1 to February 15), topping the worldwide interest for K-Pop idols for 43 days out of the 46 days in 2021 and 6 out of 6 weeks.

The data suggests that Jungkook is on the way to become the most searched kpop idol on Google in the year 2021. This means BTS's golden maknae is inching toward securing the title of most sought-after kpop idol for 5 years in a row since he has held tight on the title since 2017.

Jungkook has also been the most searched K-Pop idol on several other popular Google-owned websites like YouTube. He has also set the record as the most-watched person on TikTok with some 35 billion views & has also been the most popular K-pop star on Tumblr’s Year In Review for 3 years straight. Recently he set the record of being the only artist in the world and 3rd person overall to have multiple tweets with 3 million likes.
