The candidates on Billboard’s poll currently include Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, Jonas Brothers, Post Malone and Swae Lee, Khalid, Cardi B and Bruno Mars, Sam Smith and Normani, Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello, Halsey, Bad Bunny and Drake, Lewis Capaldi, Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Gesaffelstein and The Weeknd, Maren Morris, H.E.R, P!NK, Lizzo, Dan + Shay, and Ella Mai.
