Luhan (former EXO member) won the lawsuit of defamation due to the rumor of marriage and having kids.
On July 18, Sina Entertainment (China) reported that on July 17 the People's Court of Chaoyang District, Beijing announced the civil court ruling of the hearing on the defamation case between Luhan and the Zhuhai Hengqin Aochuang Media and Culture Co., Ltd.
As reported, on October 11, 2018, the aforementioned company shared an article through the official WeChat account - a messaging service - that said, "Luhan underwent a secret marriage and had kids.''
In the hearing, the court demanded the defendant remove the related articles as well as publish a letter of apology to Luhan on the active WeChat account. Along with that, the court ruled that the defendant had to pay compensation of 80,000 NDT (13.73 million won) for economic damages caused by defamation.
On the other hand, after his departure from EXO, Luhan is working in China as an actor, singer, entertainer and publicly dating actress Guan Xiaotong who is 6 years younger than him.
