Seungri's 'KakaoTalk Group' has been accused of having a drug party using the drug 'Happy Balloon'.

DongA Ilbo reported, "The members of the KakaoTalk room that Seungri is in had a hallucination party sing the 'Happy Balloon' at a bar in Itaewon." The 'Happy balloon' is called a 'drug balloon'. Nitrous oxide in the balloons gives the user an intense feeling of euphoria, lasting up to a minute and is described as similar to taking a “snort” of cocaine.

According to reports, it's where Jonghun was drinking before he got caught in February 2015. Employees of the bar said that between late 2015 to early 2017, Seungri, Mr. Yu, Jonghun, and Seungri's friend Mr. Kim often enjoyed these parties with women in their early 20s.

An employee further said, "In early 2016, Seungri's friend Mr. Kim brought GHB and put it on the table. We told them not to do it in our store. Later, we saw Mr. Kim taking out a girl who could barely walk."
