HONEYST officially disband after 2 years

AKP STAFF

HONEYST are officially going their separate ways after 2 years as a group.

On April 26, FNC Entertainment announced the 4-member group is officially disbanding. The label stated, "The members of HONEYST looked for different ways to carry out activities together, but there were differences in opinion between the members and how to manage the team. After a long discussion, the decision was made for the group to officially disband. From now on, Seo DongsungKim ChulminKim Hwan, and Oh Seungseok will no longer promote as members of HONEYST, but as individuals in fields like music and acting."

HONEYST debuted with their single album 'Like You' in May of 2017, and their last release was "Someone to Love" that same year.

Stay tuned for updates on the former HONEYST members.

Fair enough. They were never really promoted as a group. It's a shame though; they had some live/busking performances early on which were really great and I liked seeing another band in kpop.

If the company cannot properly market then, it is better to disband the group so each individual can plan his own future....No point keeping them in frozen stage for years. Youth does not last...
