According to media reports on April 24, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Station has allegedly acquired a confession from Yuri Holdings's former CEO, Yoo In Suk. 

Back from April 23-24, police summoned former Big Bang member Seungri and his former business partner Yoo In Suk  for additional police interrogation. Reportedly, police have newly acquired the following confession from Yoo In Suk: "Back in 2015, Seungri solicited a prostitute for a Japanese investor guest, paying the funds himself." The police have also supposedly confirmed a transaction for a well-known luxury hotel in Seoul for approximately 30,000,000 KRW (~26,000 USD) from the time period mentioned, using a business credit card from YG Entertainment. 

According to police, Seungri is involved in approximately 7-9 cases of soliciting prostitution for his "VIP guests" from back in December of 2015. Meanwhile, Seungri's former business partner Yoo In Suk is also facing charges of hiring approximately 10 prostitutes to meet up with his and Seungri's "VIP guests". 

However, Seungri continues to claim innocence to any account of soliciting prostitution, police say. The former idol has admitted to purchasing hotel lodging for his Japanese guests, but claims that he knew nothing about the prostitution claims.
