Kang is very adamant her allegations against Seungri is true but as of today, this is the third time Kang changed her fact regarding the investor mentioned in the initial edited KakaoTalk chats she posted on February.

So, either Kang actually meant there are more than one foreign investors involved but that can be refuted as she herself clarified this time, the person involved in this prostitution suspicion isn't a woman but a man. From this we know she is only talking about a specific investor and not multiple of them.

Until today, Kang never really did explain why she omitted singer C out of her initial edited KakaoTalk chats she published. Some speculate singer C might be the whistleblower but like many, it remains as speculations, not a fact.
