Davichi's Kang Min Kyung opens up about her hopes for solo debut album

Davichi's Kang Min Kyung opened up about her hopes for her solo debut album.

On February 9, Kang Min Kyung posted a video to her YouTube channel, saying, "I don't want to make music that people can't relate to. The reason I loved the songs of my sunbaes and still can't forget them is because I related to their lyrics. That's why I want people to listen to my music and think, 'The lyrics are so good. I want to look at the lyrics.'"

Kang Min Kyung first debuted as a member of Davichi in 2008, and her upcoming release will mark her first solo album in 11 years. It's set to release on February 27 KST.
