Are Seungri and YG being made scapegoat's to divert attention from SOPA scandal?

There have been a lotof rumours lately piling up against Bigbang's Seungri and statements from YG. However this seem to have overtaken the majority of attention away from the SOPA scandal. What do you guys think about this?

Well it might be not intentional but Seungri is definitely stealing spotlight from SOPA.

SOPA issue is about sexual harassment of unknown children which doesn't interest others on the other hand celebrity gossip is more interesting tea to others.
