On January 15, Rosanna Scotto, the host of the morning show, expressed the wish to invite Black Pink with the tweet, "Ok @ygent_official. We need to talk about bringing @ygofficialblink on #GDNY #bringblackpinkongdny," and asked, "#BLINKs can you help?"
In the past, fellow K-pop stars including MONSTA X, GOT7 and EXO's Lay have guested on 'Good Day New York.'
