BTS' 'Burn the Stage: The Movie' beats One Direction for highest grossing event cinema record

'Burn the Stage: The Movie' has made a new record in event cinema.

According to the film distributor�Trafalgar Releasing, the event cinema capturing the moments from BTS' 'The Wings Tour' has reached 1.4 million worldwide admissions, tallying up to $14 million in ticket sales.�This makes 'Burn the Stage: The Movie' the highest-grossing event cinema.�

Previously, the record was held by�One Direction, who hit 1.2 million�in admissions with 'Where We Are' in 2014.�

'Burn the Stage: The Movie' has been released in 2,650 theaters at 79 locations around the globe.�

Meanwhile, BTS is currently continuing their 'Love Yourself' world tour.�
