NU'EST's Baekho showed off his hot bod in 'Men's Health.'
The idol star took the cover of the lifestyle magazine and made jaws drop with his�toned figure of broad shoulders and muscular�arms.�
In the interview following the shoot, Baekho shared, "I'm the type that easily gains weight. So I have to go on a diet�before promotions. I always lost weight by not eating, but this time, I wanted to lose weight healthily, so I started working out. It's boring to work out alone,�so there were times when like 10 of us went together. We ended the day by working out and eating together."
Baekho also shared that it was difficult to lose weight because he was filming a cooking reality show where he had to frequently eat for the show.�
Meanwhile, NU'EST W�is gearing up for their comeback in November.�
