Fantagio will be taking legal action on behalf of Wanna One's Ong Seong Wu.
On October 23, the agency stated, "We filed reports on October 12 and the 23rd, and we'll be pressing charges against malicious commenters who defamed and slandered label artist Ong Seong Wu." Fantagio further stated the Wanna One member had suffered a lot of damage to his character, and they will no longer be lenient about malicious comments.
The label concluded, "Not only our artist but the fans who support and love him were hurt by all the malicious comments and posts. Starting with Ong Seong Woo, we'll closely cooperate with the law firm that will handle this issue and protect our agency artists. We'll continue to take legal action against malicious commenters."
