On this episode, the cast members spent their second night on a remote island in Saba, eating a small meal of clear soup made with mollusks. After dinner, Kangnam, Yoon Si Yoon, and Jang Dong Yoon set out into the wooded part of the island to look for larger animals, and ran into a lizard!

The lizard appeared out of nowhere in the sand, crawling away quickly from the lights of the camera crew. While the hyungs Kangnam and Yoon Si Yoon stumbled in shock, Jang Dong Yoon leapt into action, diving in the sand and catching the lizard with his bare hands! Later, Yoon Si Yoon commented, "[Jang Dong Yoon] is fearless. At first, I thought I should take care of him because he looks like the pure and innocent type, but his survival instincts are on another level. Seeing Dong Yoon catch [the lizard], it brought me to my senses," expressing envy.

When the trio returned to camp, however, chief Kim Byung Man decided that they should let go of the lizard, since it was likely still young.
