Girls' Generation's Hyoyeon opened up about her struggles.�
On the August 24 airing of JTBC4's 'Secret Unnie', Hyoyeon and her partner A Pink's Hayoung�enjoyed late night snacks in PJs, then took the time to look over their early debut interviews.�
After reading her early debut articles and interviews, Hyoyeon, who received much love from the public for her bold and honest attitude, revealed the struggles she went through. She stated, "I became very cautious after going on variety shows. (I was ) concerned about making mistakes. You can do 100 things right but if you do one thing wrong then that tags along so that was always in my mind."
Hyoyeon continued to explain that she always felt like she was making mistakes even when people coolly laughed at it. Fortunately, she has overcome that stage now.
She added, "I was very surprised looking at the (past) articles. I could tell from the article that I had great confidence. I worked so hard for my debut.." Hyoyeon continued, "But I felt bad seeing the interviews from my third, fourth years where I seemed to be in worries. Now, the Hyoyeon in 2009 feels like my dongsaeng."�
