Hyorin shared the changes that occurred with the establishment of her own agency.
On the August 9 airing of tvN's 'Life Bar', Hyorin revealed, "My personality changed after I became a CEO. I'm always working in my mind even on the days I'm off. I am unable to sleep."

She continued, "I've only performed on stage. I've never operated a business. I didn't have knowledge. I didn't know anything so I just suggested going to the movies and out to eat but I was told I'm shouldn't be that way so I try to express in another way now."
