TVXQ's Changmin made a kind donation for neighbors suffering from the scorching heat.
On July 31, it's revealed that Changmin has recently donated 50 million KRW (44,642 USD) to the Seoul Housing Welfare Association to provide cooling systems for the neighbors in need.
According to the Seoul Housing Welfare Association, Changmin happily made the donation and expressed the wish to become a help to those suffering from the outrageous summer heat.
The association plans to use Changmin's donation to provide fans, AC's, and coolers to 450 homes, foster homes, nurseries, and more in Seoul.
