TVXQ's Changmin made a kind donation for neighbors suffering from the scorching heat.�
On July 31, it's revealed that Changmin has recently donated 50 million KRW (44,642 USD) to the�Seoul Housing Welfare Association to provide cooling systems for the neighbors in need.�
According to the Seoul Housing Welfare Association, Changmin happily made the donation and expressed the wish to become a help to those suffering from the outrageous summer heat.�

The association plans to use Changmin's donation to provide fans, AC's, and coolers to 450 homes, foster homes, nurseries, and more in Seoul.�
