On July 21, Goto Moe chatted with fans on�Showroom; a Japanese�live stream broadcast. During the airing, Korean netizens continuously left malicious, and even sexually harassing comments against the idol.�
The comments were first left in Korean. However, netizens started translating the comments into Japanese when Goto Moe didn't read the Korean comments. The comments included insults�and criticism. Some even told the young star to commit suicide.�
Ultimately, Goto Moe teared up on air. After a moment to get herself together, she said, "I believe I need to repay the love as much as I'm receiving support. I have to work hard in order to do so." She added, "I'm sorry for crying suddenly. I'll work my best so I won't have any regrets."
Other netizens criticized the malicious commenters, stating, "The comments were so bad..", "Why are they being so harsh to a 17-year-old?", "They are an�embarrassment to Korea", "They need to get sued."
