General entertainment contents company Kiwi Media Group has acquired 100% of Wellmade Yedang's stakes, the group announced on July 25.
Wellmade Yedang is an entertainment company specializing in film and drama productions, music and record distribution, and more, with label artists including Choi Soo Jong, Ha Hee Ra, Lee Sun Bin, Jin Jee Hee, former Rainbow member Go Na Eun, and more. Kiwi Media Group has acquired stakes worth 800,000,000 KRW (approximately $700,000 USD) of Wellmade Yedang, in order to "strengthen business competitiveness within the company."
Meanwhile, Kiwi Media Group is currently confirmed as the production company for film 'The Outlaws 2', in addition to preparing for rookie girl group GWSN's debut in September.
